Consider featuring your veteran in the 2021 Virtual Rose Program Tribute Video, which will be published on our YouTube channel on Veteran's Day, Thursday, November 11, 2021.

You must first open the PDF file above and save it to your device.  Then open it back up on your device to fill in the information.  Save the PDF file with your Veteran's Name & branch (ex: Smith USMC).  Please attach the saved file and pictures in an email to publicitymimcla@gmail.com
